Serious Taco Bean Dip
Creamy, cheesy, and packed with bold taco flavor, this warm bean dip is made for game days, family parties, and last-minute snack spreads. Our Serious Seasonings Taco Seasoning gives it that savory, zesty kick that keeps everyone coming back for another scoop. Vegetarian friendly.
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can refried beans
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 4 oz can mild green chiles
- 4 green onions
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divide
- 1 tablespoon Serious Seasonings Taco Seasoning, plus more to taste

- Fresh cilantro
- Guacamole
- Sliced jalapeños
- Extra green onions
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Slice the green onions, keeping the lighter white ends separate from the green tops. Save the green tops for finishing the dip.
- Add the refried beans, softened cream cheese, sour cream, green chiles, 2 cups of shredded cheddar, and Serious Seasonings Taco Seasoning to a mixing bowl.
- Stir until everything is fully combined and the mixture is creamy.
- Mix in the white portions of the green onions.
- Transfer the dip mixture to an 8x8 baking dish or cast iron skillet and spread it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and finish with the reserved green onion tops.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips. Add cilantro, guacamole, or sliced jalapeños for extra flavor.
